He was born in 1978 in Merzifon district of Amasya. After completing his primary and secondary education in Merzifon, he respectively studied Civil Engineering at Sakarya University. Alpaslan Bulut, who did his military service in the 1st Army Command Project Department, he went to Stuttgart University for Language and Engineering education in 2002. After the training, he started to work in Aygün Aluminum which is an international company, based in Istanbul in 2004.
He has managed the projects directly, American Hospital /İstanbul, Mashattan / Istanbul, Al-Tadamon twin towers / Trablusgarb / Libya, Baku Hilton / Azerbaijan. After serving as Construction Site Project Manager in NATO Headquarters Building (NNHQ) / Brussels Projects, he established an architectural engineering firm with his wife, who is an architect, in 2016 under the name of MESKEN, which still continues its work in a unique way. These studies drawn-up for the project in addition to the control and enforcement to consulting and cladding applications made in Turkey and also continues his career as a coordinator in the company Designex exterior.
